Privacy at Docuvello
Updated: 16 October 2026
Docuvello lets you create document templates, share forms and generate documents. For questions about your information, contact vladi5050@gmail.com.
Information used by the service
Google sign-in supplies the identity details you authorize, such as your name, email address and profile picture. The service does not request Gmail or Google Drive access. Uploaded documents, template content, rules and form links are also stored.
Why information is used
Information is used to sign you in, show your templates, edit and generate documents, and operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Forms and sharing links
Form answers are sent to the server for validation and generation. A draft stays in browser tab storage for up to one day; closing the tab or resetting removes it. Anyone holding an active form link can use it. The template owner can revoke the link.
Infrastructure providers
Cloudflare hosts the application and template database. Supabase provides authentication and private file storage. Google is a sign-in provider when you select it. These providers may process information in different countries and retain operational logs under their policies.
Retention and deletion
Templates and their versions are retained for reuse until deleted. Deleting a template revokes form access and starts file deletion; technical cleanup may continue afterwards. Infrastructure logs and backups may be retained under provider policies. Contact the address above to request access, correction, or deletion of an account and its information.
Cookies and browser storage
The service uses cookies for authentication and browser storage for language, preferences and drafts. Blocking these may affect sign-in or saved preferences.
Protecting documents
Files are stored privately, and server-side checks restrict templates to their account. Form links themselves grant access: share them only with intended recipients.
